George has a lot to answer for! I made the mistake of asking for a couple of Bach recommendations a few years ago, and now I have 71 CDs of his music. It's the best discovery I ever made, after the Smiths of course.
I am not sure about mortal coil being a liking,
The music of Bach is both more pleasing and reliable than anything else in music ...!

Me too, thanks to Stevee's heads up. Bargain of the century! From what I've heard thus far, the mastering sounds very good...
For blues fans, there is some great stuff on this 2cd collection.
