my daughter burst into my office a week ago commenting how good my system sounded and that she wanted me to rip some of her CDs and also -- she had a (longish) list of albums that she recommended that i should buy (an indirect way of asking me to buy her some!!!). they are almost here now -- lamost all classical (which i know very little about -- but she does as she used to play in the Herts County Youth Orchestra. i will post them here for comment later on...

i also bought some rather interesting Blues CDs --
