I understand that this Razor & Tie issue is supposed to be very good as is the Steven Wilson remix / remaster of the album on the second disc.

From a recent trip to Madison, Wisconsin which has quite a vibrant community of record shops. Spent most of my time on vinyl, but a quick peruse of used CDs netted these ...

Steve Miller Band Box Set. A nicely packaged 3 CD anthology + 55 page biography booklet in long box format from 1994. Another of my recent buys from Madison, Wisconsin, not far from Steve's birthplace in Milwaukee.

The Jam. Fire & Skill box set. A complete rip off at 60 quid, but hey they were the band, along with The Clash that gave me an interest in music. Started listening to all kinds because of the music Paul Weller and Joe Strummer were influenced by. Shame kids don't seem to have the same today.
