I suspect you're really gonna like this. Hope so. I listened to disc 2 earlier today, absolutely rocks. I've got "Live In Gdansk" on my wish list. BTW - good call on "Tommy" as well
Thanks Joe,
Tommy was bought as a replacement CD but I have never owned Pulse and looking forward to having it. I see you have Live in Gdansk on your list, it's very good and well worth having I'm sure you will like.

No. I am not sure why I feel compelled to buy the CD as a backup of any vinyl that I buy. Maybe I am still looking for that one exception where the CD is better ?
Doug,
For That title, there is a good chance CD will be better than their vinyl release.
Mine was replaced due to excessive noise and warping and the 2nd title is slightly better, but Warner/Erato's QC is very poor.

My copy arrived today - just played through the live CD which has some excellent jamming and will require closer attention. Thanks to Steve for the recommendation.

Thanks to seeing Tony playing this fine album last night, I have snaffled a replacement copy for a pound from the usual river.

Good ones there Keith, I must admit to considering the Monkees Complete box (I used to like their TV show on a Saturday pm when I was a kid) but decided that I probably would rarely listen to it. I do have this one to tide me over if ever I get an irresistible urge.
