Product Details   I've just taken delivery of this.   The DVD is really very good but the CD mastering is absolute crap,  his voice at times given ridiculous prominence but then on Little Queen of Spades his last blistering guitar solo (highlight of the show) all bit disappears.  Very disappointed.

Lindsay

Winter smith by Steeleye Span (its growing on me)

Kidsticks by Beth Orton (utterly brilliant!)

Lindsay thanks for the info I have had half an eye on this one for a while but from what you report I'll give it the swerve.

A few more CDs I brought home from Madison, WI. These from 'Sugar Shack Records', a great little shop overflowing with CDs and vinyl.

Half Price Books is 20% off for the Labor Day weekend. These were each $4 or less so not much to gain on CDs with the discount, still I enjoy pickin' the bins.

(looks yellow in the pic but it's the green album)

I envy you your pickin' bins Randy, unfortunately its a bit of a wasteland around these parts for such enjoyment!

Since I liked so much his Essential Ballads Best disc I decided to order the standards as well. I was luck to find  a used copy for a reasonable price. A new disc is going for $50.
