Didn't like it as much as her first. IMHO she hasn't realised her full potential yet.

Hi Diccus62

I bought it for the fantastic version of Patty Griffin's version of "Top of the World" track.
Just this track alone is why I bought it and just as good as the original in my view.

Reminds me of the Television Personalities at times and I detect a Barrett influence there too - and there's nothing wrong with that - an excellent CD: Mumm-Ra These Things Move In Threes - thanks to all who recommended it.

Josh Rouse 'Country House:City Mouse'.

Better than the half-hearted Subtitulo but nowhere up to 'Nashville'. Perhaps that was a fluke.

I was about 10 years old and very impressed with this double album by these maniacs.
At schoolparties I was Gene Simmons Winker Cool
Musicality, theatrical and nostalgia are what this means to me, contrary the soundquality...

The 30th anniversary inspired some Elvis purchases for me too. They have arrived but have only had a brief listen. The choice is a bit bewildering, but I am impressed with what I have heard so far.

I'll check when I get home this evening - damned if I can recall the titles! I think they are all relatively recent compilations rather than original titles.
