I am still unable to edit my radio presets on my ND555 with the new app. if I go into qB room the facility is there as it always has been with the option to edit presets showing at the bottom of the list. When I go into the ND555 room that option is not there. Am I missing something?

Hello, I have a recurring issue when trying to search something in Tidal. The app very often jumps back to TIDAL "News" ("Nouveautés" in French). As it happens while I am typing, it makes me accidently select whatever album/playlist appeared below my finger:-( Is that a known issue? Will Naim adress it in some future releases? My Nova threw a major wobbly on Saturday and hasent recovered. Help !! I've just put a new SSD drive into my Uniti Core and defined that as a music store and ripped a CD to it. All good. However, when I try to define some of my NAS drives as music stores on the Uniti Core via the Naim app / UnitiCore / Settings / Manage Music / Configure Music Stores / View Network Drives it reports, "No drives found". When I look at the Naim app for artist X, I see four albums, both in All Music/Artists view and in Browse by Device/Downloads/Artists view. When I look on n-Serve under Library/Artists I see the four albums. However when I look in n-Serve under Devices/Downloads/Artists I only see two of the four albums. Well, after watching more than 10 pages, i don't see anybody having my problem. Recurrently, my playlists in the Naim App simply disappear. To see them again, i have to quit and launch the app again. Do anybody have this problem too ? Is there any solution ? It happens on any devices, Iphone 6S and 8 as well. Thanx for your help ;-)

I used to wonder why whereas Tidal is fully integrated by Naim, Qobuz isn't. I was thinking of subscribing to Qobuz's sublime service (attracted by how you could buy highres albums for the price of the equivalent mp3's.) Good afternoon everyone. Has anyone ever experienced crackling on 24-bit FLAC files? I bought a recording yesterday and downloaded it and it's almost unplayable. Some tracks are OK, others not so. I have done two things - I played the same file on my Mac and found the same problem on that machine, and, Conversion to WAV also did not solve the problem, as the crackling persisted. Hi, I'm interested to know what an external PS does to 272. It appears the 272 takes source PSU of XPS/555PS instead of the series for PreAmp like the various Caps. Does that mean the PSU are onl6 for enhancing the streamer/DAC sections only while the PreAmp is still taking power from NAP and not affected? Thanks

Hi All, as the title says, is it possible either in n-serve or the Naim app to change the volume output setting of a particular ripped CD on my UnitiServe? We often play a lor of CDs together on random and there is one (Kaisar Chiefs - Yours Truly, Angry Mob) which plays much louder than all the others on the UnitiServe. Any help treat fully received. I’ve had WD ‘My Book Live’ nas sitting very close to and in parallel with the Virgin Superhub 3. Today I separated them much further apart and I’m thinking everything is sounding more fluid, more transparent, more open...? Is their any reason the wireless router would affect the nas negatively if sat close together...or is it just a) my imagination or b) the Sunday mains is cleaner? Cheers G

Hi Guys I have a potable USB hard drive plugged into the back of my Uniti Star, I’ve been using it for storing my CD Rip (wav) files. The problem I’ve had is every now and then, I can’t play anything off the drive, I can browse it but all the album art is missing and nothing plays, I don’t know if this is a drive problem or a Uniti problem, but after a complete power off to the wall, it all works again. Morning just wanted to let members know, not sure I have seen anything on this been runing Asset 6.0 on my QNAP HS 210 and downloaded 6.1 yesterday morning, Asset downloaded all fine and no issues straight forward on to QNAP when looked at Asset on IPAD it came up with 2 verisons - neither of which worked on my NDX, certain amount of head stratching and then as ever thought it was me and not downloaded properly or re start on QNAP or something like that, went through the whole process again...
